Tour Plan
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and meet your safari guide. Enjoy a comfortable scenic drive through lush countryside towards Jinja, where the Nile River begins its legendary journey across Africa. Upon arrival, check into your riverside lodge, relax by the water, and attend a briefing on the coming adventure.
Fuel up with breakfast before heading to the rafting base. After a detailed safety briefing and gear fitting, launch onto the Nile for a full-day rafting experience filled with Grade III–V rapids, dramatic drops, and calm stretches for swimming and floating. Enjoy lunch by the river followed by more adrenaline-charged waves until late afternoon.
Start the day with a visit to spectacular Itanda Falls, admired for its roaring rapids and dramatic rock formations. Take photos and soak in the power of the river one last time before departing for Murchison Falls National Park. Enjoy the scenic countryside drive, arriving in time for dinner and overnight rest.
Rise early for a game drive through the delta plains, home to elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, leopards, and abundant birdlife. Later, embark on the iconic boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls, spotting hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and countless river birds along the banks.
Return to your lodge for a peaceful evening.
After breakfast, take a guided hike to the top of Murchison Falls, where the entire Nile squeezes through a narrow 7-meter gorge with thunderous force — a breathtaking natural spectacle. For adventure lovers, an optional add-on experience awaits: light rafting below Karuma Falls (conditions permitting).
Depart Murchison and drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting guided rhino-tracking trek. Walk safely among Uganda’s only wild rhinos as rangers share fascinating conservation stories.
Enjoy breakfast before your transfer to Kampala or Entebbe International Airport. Bid farewell to Uganda with amazing memories of rapids, wildlife, and waterfalls.
